The Gambia Students' association in Morocco (GASAM) is a non-profit making organization that  came into being on the 25th of November, 2004. The association is aimed at bringing Gambian students in morocco under one umbrella to support and network amongst each other, promote the diverse Gambian culture in morocco and play our quota in preparing ourselves for nation building.

The association since its inception has being helping its members especially newly arrived students in morocco in numerous ways including the organisation of extra French and mathmatique (link to activities) classes to support them adjust easily to the French system. We have also participated and organized our own cultural events to promote Gambian culture and advocated for our members to be better Gambian ambassadors in the Kingdom of Morocco.
