Yes, it's a bad day but at least not a bad life. Let today be and foresee a better tomorrow, because believe it or not tomorrow will always be better.
Let today go, accept your loss, and anticipate celebrating your win or victory tomorrow; is called laughing last which is the best of it. Bad days are a part of your being and they will always strangle you to get you off track.
Remember you don't only have to stay on track when things are good, be there even if things are not congenial, and at the end of the day even if you end up not defeating anyone, you will still be proud of the amount of distance you were able to cover and that's what matters, consistency is key.
Life is a journey of no race there is nothing like competing with someone else; the earlier you realize that the more you avoid being shallow by your bad days, and move on. You are all alone in that journey run it at your own pace, and just whenever or however you reach there, you will still claim your reward. It might be slowly but undoubtedly, you have to be energetic, and not necessarily fast. The road will be rough because that's what it takes to be high there, nobody reaches there through a smooth road because there is only one way out to the top, so take up the challenges and become a torpedo or prowess. these bad days connive for one sole purpose which is to steal your dreams, to make you feel like you cannot do it anymore, to make you doubt your worth, and finally, to make you give up on your dreams.
Remember to ask and seek guidance from people who are more experienced than you, it will certainly help you deal with challenges you don't know how to get rid of. Yes, you might at times think that asking is a sign of flimsy or worthless but no! the asker is the knower. Nobody knows it all so always ask when the need arises because you can't afford to succumb to this sole purpose of bad days. Don't give them the chance to drag you into limbo. After all, if they succeed in that they won't stop until they take your sight too, which will make it practically impossible to refute them from stealing your dreams, and making your life a devastated one merely for the sake of having one bad day.
Be less worried about your mistakes and focus on just doing it. Let them laugh, let them rectify you, and let them call you a loser, stooge, simp, or even doltish. Is just a bad day. Somehow they are helping you to reach your target and declining them not even setting a target, after all, we are all flawed. Make many mistakes as possible to make it right at the most convenient time because not making any oversights means you are not trying anything new.
Truth to be told is, mistake is the easiest and the hardest thing in life simply because it's easy to detect others' mistakes and hard to notice or acknowledge your mistakes. Nevertheless, allow people to detect your flaws by spewing negative remarks or comments at you, before they realize it you will thank them for being your guide, and they will still think you are mistaken, you should instead be caustic towards them and not thank them, don't let their negativity weigh you down, be bond and make your own decision, let nobody hold your pen, be the author of your own story. Learn to inject yourself with the vitamin N that is to enunciate; know when to say no and be disciplined.
Moreover, Don't be too belligerent about yourself by ruminating on one bad day, they are also part of the days so must they come, Think less about them and move on. Overly meditating about them could paralyze you, and make you not to be able to do anything meaningful. The more you think about them the more they hurt you.
Abstaining from saying things are hard or life is hard for these are two phrases that you should stop undermining because they are so heavy and could ruin a smile that's just about to come your way in the nearest future, just because of a bad day. Drop saying them deep in you, More specifically when you are conversing with yourself, instead just enunciate that life has a better way of testing my patience, this will help you to hang in there with the challenges you might encounter in your journey towards success. Life is just not one day it's way more than that, so please be optimistic.
